Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How much will it cost for me to have a group of 20 or more come in?
A. The cost varies depending on how much the ticket price is for the show and what type of package you’re interested in but prices usually vary somewhere between $65.00-$90.00+ per person.

Q. What is included in the price?
A. Prices quoted are customized to the financial and entertainment needs of the group and are set to include admission, a three course meal, and a minimum of two drinks per person. *prices also include California state tax and a 20% service charge.

Q. Will our group be able to sit together?
A. Yes. Space will be set aside to accommodate your group however if there are still empty seats within a reasonable amount of time after the show starts there may be a chance we will have to fill them in fairness to the other patrons.

Q. What if I just want to purchase a block of tickets without food and drinks?
A. If you’re only looking to purchase a group of tickets then you will go directly through the box office during regular box office hours which are stated on the cobbscomedy.com home page.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book a party?
A. The more advance notice the better however last minute requests can be accommodated in as little as 2 weeks so long as tickets are still available!

Reservation Policies

SPACE & RESERVATIONS
Cobb’s Comedy Club has space available to accommodate a 420 person banquet and up to a 770 person reception. A $4,500.00 room rental fee is required for a complete club buy-out. Reservations can be made up to one year prior to event date. To confirm a date for a complete club buy-out, a $2,000.00 non-refundable deposit must be made which will be applied to the final balance. All space reservation prices are based on a 3 hour event at no more $500.00 for each additional hour.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Cobb’s Comedy Club is proud to provide you with some of the finest in cuisine and cocktails from our full service bar and catering menu. It is our pleasure to custom design our menu to your specific tastes and needs. Outside catering is permitted for a $700.00 kitchen usage fee. A cake cutting fee of $2.00 per person will be charged for desserts brought in by host while using our in-house catering service.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into the club without the General Managers written consent. The club is responsible for the administration of all alcoholic beverages and is in compliance with the California State Liquor Control Boards rules and regulations. You may contact your Events Coordinator for details regarding corkage fees.

PAYMENT
A minimum of 50% of all estimated expenses pertaining to your event must be paid upon signing your contract. The balance is to be settled by the end of the engagement. Cobb’s Comedy Club accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash or Certified check as payment methods.

ATTENDANCE GUARANTEE & MINIMUMS
Upon signing your contract, an attendance guarantee must be provided. If this number should change before your scheduled event please contact your Cobb’s Comedy Club Events Coordinator with an updated count. The final number of attendee’s is due no later than 10 business days prior to the event and must be at least 90% of the original count. The final guest count is a guarantee and all parties will be billed for a minimum of this number of guests.

TALENT
Cobb’s Comedy Club will use its 25 years of entertainment experience to book the appropriate talent for your special event. We look forward to making this an experience to remember!
